David has a bachelor’s degree in Pre Law from Waynesburg University and a master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from The University of La Verne. He is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). As a professional counselor and military spouse for 20+ years he has had the benefit of practicing in a multitude of locations across the country. His experience consists of, but is not limited to, being a Residential Counselor, an Activity Therapist, Correctional Counselor, Hospital Assessment Director, Detoxification Administrator, Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Child and Family Therapist and Play Therapist. These experiences have given him a wealth of knowledge of the different problems facing a wide range of people to best serve the clients in his care. He focuses on using evidenced-based therapies while using a holistic approach including CBT, MI, mindfulness, acupuncture and activity therapy.
Tayler is a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker who received her master's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University. Before coming to INBH's Intensive Outpatient Program, Tayler helped Spokane's youth through Communities in Schools. Tayler is excited about teaching her clients coping skills and supporting them on their mental health journey. Tayler loves going to concerts, hanging out with her dog and reading.
Renee is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate who graduated from Northern Arizona University. Renee is currently an IOP therapist who is passionate about providing clients with necessary skills and support that will allow them to navigate through life's challenges. Renee loves empowering her clients to overcome obstacles and improve their overall well-being so they may live a happier life. The modalities Renee utilizes are Person Centered Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. In her free time, Renee likes to spend time with her family, try new foods, baking and doing outdoor activities.
Rylee is a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker who has worked at INBH's Branches Intensive Outpatient Program since July 2023. Rylee received her master's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University. Rylee is passionate about Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Rylee strives each and every day to help her clients reach their mental health and wellness goals. Outside of IOP, Rylee loves spending time with her dog and traveling around Washington state.
Allie has been with INBH since July 2023 and has been the Office Coordinator for IOP since December 2023. Allie serves as the glue that holds IOP together, running background operations such as billing, administration, scheduling and wrangling the IOP clinicians. Allie helps IOP clients with navigating insurance and connecting them to resources. Allie received her Health Administration degree from Eastern Washington University. On the weekends, you can find Allie working on her MBA or spending time outside with her pets and family.
Vanessa is a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker who serves at INBH's Branches Intensive Outpatient Program as the primary adolescent therapist. Vanessa received her master's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University and previously worked with Communities in Schools of Spokane County. Vanessa strives each and every day to help youth reach their mental health and wellness goals. Vanessa is dedicated to reaching out to Spokane's youth and connecting them to additional mental health resources. In her free time, Vanessa loves traveling to visit her family.
Jeremy is a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional who completed his MSW from Eastern Washington University. Before coming to INBH, Jeremy worked as both the Mental Health Liaison for Spokane County Felony Therapeutic Courts and for Pioneer Human Services. Jeremy is a trained clinician in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). Jeremy values the humanistic approach to therapy. While focusing on trauma, Jeremy uses cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy models in group settings. Jeremy is passionate about changing lives and serving justice involved individuals. Outside of IOP, Jeremy enjoys being with his family, playing board games and staying involved in community activities.
Tye is a Licensed Associate Clinical Social Worker and Substance Use Disorder Professional-Trainee who received her master's degree in social work from Eastern Washington University. Tye loves to help her clients with the Stages of Change Model, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is passionate about teaching people about addiction and recovery. In her off time, Tye loves to spend time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
