Adolescent Outpatient Program
Your adolescent’s mental health matters. The adolescent outpatient program from Inland Northwest Behavioral Health uses elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in a group therapy model that focuses on modules consisting of mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness to better address your loved one’s mental health issues.
Adult Outpatient Program
Recovering from a mental health crisis can take time, and at Inland Northwest Behavioral Health, we get that. After inpatient services, an outpatient program can keep you on the right track with your mental health through group therapy.
