Inland Northwest Behavioral Health, located in Spokane, Washington, provides outpatient services for adolescents and adults at our Branches Spokane outpatient location. Our outpatient services allow us to better serve you and provide a more well-rounded treatment experience.

Your adolescent’s mental health matters. The adolescent outpatient program from Inland Northwest Behavioral Health uses elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) in a group therapy model that focuses on modules consisting of mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness to better address your loved one’s mental health issues.

Recovering from a mental health crisis can take time, and at Inland Northwest Behavioral Health, we get that. After inpatient services, an outpatient program can keep you on the right track with your mental health through group therapies, individual therapy and more.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesdays 11:00am-2:00pm
• Monday, Tuesdays, Wednesdays 5:00pm-8:00pm
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 11:00am-2:00pm– Substance Use Focused
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 4:00-7:00pm – Substance Use Focused
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:30-6:30pm – Adolescents ages 12-17
